- We send a statement and upon receipt of payment, we arrange signature with you. Clear instructions.
- You email the signed documents back.
- We lodge them with the CIPC offices (no need for the High Court).
- It takes on average about 3 – 5 days to liquidate the company.
- Once the company is liquidated, no creditor may take any legal action against the company.
- The Master appoints a liquidator, who will proceed to wind up the insolvent affairs of the company. The liquidator will deal with creditors so that you don’t have to.
