Section 343(1): Voluntary Liquidation of a Company

(1) A company may be wound up-

    (a) by the Court; or

    (b) voluntarily.

Voluntary Liquidation Process: Section 343 (2)

(2) A voluntary winding-up of a company may be-

    (a) a creditors’ voluntary winding-up; or

    (b) a members’ voluntary winding-up.
